Canadian Orders
Orders placed on our Canadian site ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. If you would like delivery to a country outside of Canada, please visit sheertex.com and ensure you are on the U.S. version of our site.
International Orders (Outside Canada & the United States)
For international orders outside of Canada and the United States, please note that customs and duty fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid directly to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Sheertex. All international orders are shipped DDU (duties delivered unpaid), meaning the price charged on our website does not include any local taxes or fees. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of your package transfers to you once it is handed over to the shipping carrier. At that point, Sheertex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. For any issues with your shipment, we recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Sheertex is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, postal strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
